The day you become insatiable, and pray to get "lucky", is the time you lose all of your money. Sounds a little weird, but it appears to be true. It seems the only time I ever amass money is when I don’t worry about squandering it. I headed to the the casino last evening with $20 in cash. I couldn’t care any less about squandering it, I mean, what is twenty dollars? So guess what happened? I left with $120 profit in a few hours!
Another occassion I headed to the casino with my buddy Steve. I took in $100 that I couldn’t afford to squander. I got hoggish, I got terrified, and I ended up betting too much and losing it in 32 mins! The lesson my friends is do not wager anymore than you can manage to squander. If you do not worry about losing, you have a lot more chance of profiting big!
How else can you increase your chances of winning at Roulette besides setting a budget? Never bet on individual numbers! Yes, they come up every once in a while, but they do not hit enough to guarantee a constant profit. Just bet on 1:1 wagers like black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets like first dozen, second 12, 3rd dozen, etc Wager on odds that pay out relatively high.
With the basics reviewed, how else might we further increase our chances of succeeding at Roulette? By shifting probability into our buddy, as opposed to our enemy. "You cannot succeed at Roulette", my friend Ben would say to me. "It’s completely arbitrary due to the fact that any number could come up". Sure, my friend Jeff has a point, but at the same time, he is overlooking an important aspect of the picture. I absolutely agree, black or red could come up thirty times in a row, but how often does that happen?
