The point you become greedy, and hope to get "lucky", is the day you squander all of your money. Seems a bit strange, but it seems to be real. It seems the only time I ever win cash is when I don’t care about blowing it. I went to the the casino the other evening with $20. I couldn’t care any less about losing it, I mean, what is $20? So guess what happened? I left with $120 profit in one hour!
A different occassion I was at the casino with my friend Mike. I took in one hundred dollars that I couldn’t afford to lose. I got greedy, I got worried, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in thirty minutes! The lesson my friends is do not bet anymore than you can manage to squander. If you don’t care about squandering, you have a greater opportunity of profiting big!
How else can you improve your chances of winning at Roulette besides making a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Sure, they hit every once in a while, but they don’t come up often enough to guarantee a constant profit. Only wager on 1:1 bets like red, black, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers for example 1st 12, second dozen, third 12, etc Bet on odds that pay out relatively high.
With the basics covered, how else can we further boost our odds of succeeding at Roulette? By turning probability into our buddy, instead of our opposition. "You cannot win at Roulette", my friend Charles would say to me. "It is absolutely random due to the fact that any number might come up". Sure, my buddy Steve does have a point, however at the same time, he is missing an important part of the picture. I absolutely agree, red or black could hit 30 times in a row, but how often does that happen?
